PM5 Troubleshooting

Resolution for Error Code 2220

  1. Remove the batteries for at least 5 full minutes.
  2. Reinsert two D cell batteries that have a good charge.
  3. The monitor will finish a previously unfinished firmware update process.
  4. Reset the time and date when prompted.

If error code 2220 recurs after taking these steps, then contact Concept2 for more assistance, and please provide the serial number of the PM5.
